MechChain™: Specialized Automated Material Handling Products & Solutions

MechChain™ is a chain hoist with great handling capabilities, which is controlled by joystick via a frequency converter for an infinite variable lifting speed. It is more flexible than a standard hoist and suitable when a very well controlled and precise movement is desired. MechChain™ is available in the load capacities 140, 175 and 250 lbs, and also in an balanced version with a capacity of 175 lbs. Standard lift stroke is 10’, but MechChain™ can also be delivered with a lift stroke of up to 23'. 

Typical applications for MechChain™ is for example general lift handling with strap or hook, lift within the general manufacturing industry, assembly with high demands on precision, lift with gripper tools for assembly, pallet loading or handling to or from feeder bands or roller conveyors, and much more.
