Frequently Asked Questions:

• What is the charge time on a completely empty battery?
  Normally no more than 6 hours.

• How long will a battery hold a charge before needing charging?
  Based on the Lift-O-Flex 20300 Series, lifting a max. 150 lb. load, full stroke (up and down) on the lift, approximately 130 lift cycles over an 8 hour period can be handled by the battery.

• What is the warranty on the LIFT-O-FLEX Line of Products?
  One (1) year on the lifter parts - manufacturers 30 day warranty on batteries. (From date of shipment)

• Can other powered items be utilized on the lifter?
  Power for additional attachments can be obtained by utilizing the Charger outlet on the back of the power pack.  Attachments need to be sized for proper voltage.  Also, adding attachments will result in a shorter battery capacity requiring exchanging or recharging.

• If the lifter is used for more than the rated number of cycles or for more than one (1) shift, how is the power pack replaced.
  Lifters can be supplied with more than one (1) power pack with quick disconnects which allow fast and easy exchange
