Balanced Chain Hoist

Mechchain Ergo is a fully balanced chain hoist. The load feels weightless regardless of the load. By asimple press of your thumb you can switch the mode; and choose to use the handle or the load to move your object. In difference of its predecessors you are allowed to lift and move your object by just using one hand.

The movement is stepless which allows both a flexible and precise handling. Since the Mechchain Ergo, in difference of similar pneumatic solutions, is electrically driven it only requires power when being used.

Mechchain Ergo has a capacity of 140 lbs and delivered with a lift stroke of 8’-2”. Programmable limit switches come standard.

Typical applications for MechChain Ergo is for example general lift handling with strap or hook, lift within the general manufacturing industry, assembly with high demands on precision, lift with gripper tools for assembly, pallet loading or handling to or from feeder bands or roller conveyors, and much more.
