MechStick™

Glass Stacking Application

MechStick™ is a manipulator for handling loads up to 150 lbs with a moment up to 400 Nm. The lifter has a lift stroke of up to 6’, and is available both in an electric and a pneumatic version. The electric version is controlled by joystick via a frequency converter, giving a stepless lifting speed. The pneumatic version is controlled with a lift cylinder and its control units.

MechStick™ can be mounted on a wall, and can be used for an assembly station. Alternatively, it can be mounted in a rail system and then also combined with Powerdrive for precision-controlled motions.

A typical application for the Mechstick is handling of doors, windows, metal plates, mounting of various vehicle components where a large reach is necessary.
